Over the 4 decades, we have developed innumerable number of Deep Drawn components for Industrial applications, out of various metals. We specialize in deep drawing any intricate and difficult to draw job from Steels, Stainless Steels of various grades, Non-ferrous metals, and hard metals.

We carry out Deep Draw process on specially designed and manufactured Double Action Hydraulic Presses of various capacities. We have hand on experience of working out blank sizes, tool design, heat treatment of metals, double deep draw, cut-outs and other second operations and experience on working with intricate details on the part. Many of the parts we develop are import substitution, thus saving foreign exchange for the country. We are making direct export of deep drawn parts to countries like USA, UK and Netherlands.
