We have fabrication workshop where we combine activities to manufacture custom made assemblies and sub-assemblies involving sheet metal work, welding, forming, Laser Cutting, finishes and fitting works. This enables us to custom make items to your specifications.

CNC Laser cutting and welding:
We have access to tooled CNC-controlled TRUMPF presses that are directly programmed by the CAD / CAM system, ensuring accurate and highly efficient manufacturing throughout all stages of the process.

For Welding and Assembly, we make proper fixtures to ensure proper location of studs and bushes and things of similar nature. MIG, TIG and spot welding give total assembly flexibility.

Finishing
Electro-static powder line with full on line degreasing and phosphate which ensures powder coating has the correct adhesion and paint coating equipment ensures the right finish for your product.

Special Purpose Machines
We manufacture special purpose Machines to the customized design provided by customers. We have developed a Pill Grinding machine (according to customer’s design) which involves small gear train, coupled with sheet metal work, CNC turned parts, wiring, electronic circuits with programming.
